Does one locking device fit many engines?
Usually the locks are... dedicated to a specific group of engines (e.g. VAG group engines 1.9 TDI). Before buying, you should always check compliance with the engine code or OEM number to avoid errors in setting the control phases.

What are professional locks made of?
High quality lock is made of structural steel or hardened aluminum. These materials provide rigidity â€â€â blockade can not bend under pressure because even a millimetre shift can affect the engine's work.

Why can't you replace the "on the characters" device without locking?
