Can a battery tester detect an alternator failure?
Yes, most of the professional testers available at Autona.pl have a test function for charging. This allows you to check the voltage under load and the voltage of the alternator diodes, which helps to exclude the failure of the vehicle's electrical installation as the cause of the battery discharge.

What's the difference between a simple rectifier and a microprocessor?
The usual rectifier gives a fixed current, which can lead to "gasification" of the electrolyte at longer charging. The microprocessor (intelligent) automatically adjusts the current and voltage to the state of battery charging, moving into maintenance mode after completion of operation, which is safe for AGM and gel batteries.

Won't the starter booster (Jump Starter) damage the computer in the car?
