Professional torque amplifier gear ratio 5:1 is a specialized workshop tool, designed to properly tighten the screw of the crankshaft belt wheel in Ford engines. The design of modern drive units, such as 1.0 EcoBoost, requires extremely high mounting moments that are impossible to achieve safely and precisely with standard keys. The device eliminates the problem of difficult mathematical calculations, ensuring repeatability and full compliance with the manufacturer's service procedure.

Installation precision without conversion

The replacement of the timing or shaft sealant in these units requires the screw to be tightened in stages. The presented multiplier makes no torque values need to be converted neither the input data of the angle during operation.
