TIMING BELT REPLACEMENT KIT – no need to remove many components, allowing for quick and easy inspection of the timing belt. This enables you to determine whether the belt needs replacing without having to remove the engine.

Although this has resulted in some differences compared to the previous engine, it still uses a timing belt that operates in an oil mist environment, known as an oil-bathed belt. There is a concern that the oil-bathed belt may swell, leading to deterioration and wear before the end of the specified service interval.

IMPORTANT! A visual inspection of the belt should be carried out through the oil filler cap opening to check the timing belt for signs of stained edges, cracks in the belt structure, material loss and other signs of wear.
