Processor

The GL-PRO series meters are solutions based on modern 32-bit processors, enabling fast and accurate measurement using a 12-bit converter.

Metal recognition

A distinctive feature of the GL-PRO series meters is the automatic recognition of whether ferromagnetic sheet metal is coated with a layer of zinc or is uncoated.

Probe

The meters feature an innovative measuring probe design that enables spot measurement on ferromagnetic and non-magnetic materials, automatically recognising the material being tested and displaying the material type on the screen. The probe is fitted with a so-called ball tip.

Intuitive operation

Operation is carried out using a 4-button keypad and an additional trigger, which, when pressed, illuminates the measurement area.

ASSISTANT function

It advises the vehicle assessor whether the vehicle has undergone bodywork and paint repairs. The device has been registered with the Polish Patent Office in this regard.

Colour display

The meters feature a clear, 1.8-inch colour LCD display showing the current reading, measurement statistics and all essential functions.

Battery level indicator

The meter’s display features a battery level indicator. Thanks to this indicator, you won’t be caught out by a flat battery and can replace it in good time.

HOLD function

This is a feature found in the most expensive meters. It allows you to take a measurement and freeze it, so you can move the meter away from the surface being tested and read the result. The HOLD function can be disabled via the MENU, allowing you to take continuous measurements. HOLD Mode 1 – the result is held on the display after the measurement is taken and disappears when the meter is moved away from the surface being tested. HOLD Mode 2 – the result is held on the display after the measurement is taken and remains frozen until the next measurement is taken.

Audible signal

This is particularly useful when taking a measurement with the HOLD function enabled. After the measurement is taken, the meter alerts you with a short beep.

Power supply

2x AA alkaline batteries. Thanks to its modern design, this meter is very economical. It requires just two AA alkaline batteries to operate. The operating time on a single set of batteries can reach up to several hours of continuous use. The power supply solution in the meter has been registered with the Polish Patent Office.
