Simple and Quick Leak Detection.

- First, pour 20 ml of baby oil into the detector. Open the motor cover and hang the detector inside the cover.

- Disconnect the tube to be connected to the detector.

- Connect the detector to a 12V DC battery, switch on the power switch, and the detector will start operating.

- In about 30 seconds, the tube will fill with smoke. Check for leaks. Use a headlamp if necessary.

Instructions for use:

1. When using this smoke leak detector for the first time, fill it with 20 ml of oil. Be careful NOT to exceed this amount.

2. Test liquid: both liquid paraffin and baby oil are suitable.

3. Fresh oil may only be added when the smoke becomes sparse, and the volume must not exceed 20 ml each time.

4. Before adding fresh oil, pour the old oil into the detector and replace the detector oil regularly.

5. During the leak detection process, keep away from smoke-sensitive parts.

6. DO NOT operate the detector continuously for 8 minutes. It requires intermittent rest periods.

7. The detector has a smart safety feature; if it exceeds the operating limit, such as over 75°C, it will automatically switch off. In this case, it should be handled later.

8. The round part of this detector becomes hot; take care to avoid burns.

9. If the test tube needs to be disconnected in the middle, secure the other end with a rubber stopper.
