SAE brake hose crimping tool

A brake hose crimping kit designed for car workshops, automotive garages and repair services. The tool is designed for manually flaring and crimping copper hoses and tubes, for crimping brake hose ends and hydraulic clutch actuators. A tool for hose ends made of copper and aluminium. The brake hose crimping tool is made from the highest quality materials, resistant to cracking and mechanical damage. The set includes a sturdy brake hose holder and a set of clamps. The entire set is housed in a handy case, facilitating transport and storage.

For hoses with a diameter of 3/16"; 4.75 mm

Produces SAE OP1 (European SF cone) and OP2 (Asian DF funnel) ends

OPERATING PRINCIPLE:

• Loosen the securing screws. Insert the tube and lightly tighten the locking screws. The tubes should be able to move forwards and backwards.
• Insert the positioning screw. Slide the tube onto the end of the tool assembly flush with the set screw. Fully tighten the locking screws to secure the tube.
• Loosen the positioning screw and insert the end of the OP1 punch. Tighten fully so that the hexagon of the punch lies flat against the tool.
• Remove the OP1 punch, turn it over and insert the end of the OP2 punch. Tighten fully so that the hexagon of the punch lies flat against the tool.
