Specialist key for DSG gearbox clutch lever Neilsen brand (model: CT4877) is an essential service tool designed for safe and correct dismantling and assembly of the mechatronic module (electrohydraulic controller) in 7-speed, double-coupled VAG group gearboxes.

When trying to take a photo of mechatronics without any proper deburring of the system, pushers (pumps) in the controller remain under stress of the decoupling levers, which inevitably leads to clamping, mechanical damage or bending of delicate hydraulic components. The key slides precisely between the clutch lever and the gearbox housing, reversing pushers and stress-free releasing the mechatronic module.
