The SATRA pneumatic air jack, commonly known as a ‘snowman’, has been designed and manufactured to lift vehicles weighing up to 3,000 kg. The jack is fitted with two control valves – an inlet and an outlet valve – making it very easy to operate. Once the bellows are inflated and the compressed air supply is disconnected, there is no risk of the raised vehicle dropping spontaneously. This is ensured by an automatic check valve, which can only be opened by the operator. The release valve is located at the top of the handle. The jack has been designed to ensure that storage and transport are hassle-free: a curved handle, two wheels and stands to position the jack upright for easier storage. The jack’s bellows are made of reinforced rubber, and the guide sleeves inside the bellows ensure the stability of the structure during lifting. Additionally, a rubber separator prevents the lifted load from shifting.
