Rechargeable welding machine for plastics plastic

Charakterystyka:

Cordless heat sealer/welding machine for all types of plastic.

It features an ergonomic handle, a built-in LED light, a safety switch, and protection against overcharging or over-discharging, short circuits and ESD (electrostatic discharge). The device has been manufactured in accordance with the following standards: EMC, EN62133, and is listed by UL (safety organisation).

The set includes, amongst other things:

• 12 x 150mm plastic welding rods, including ABS / PP / PE / PS material;
• 3 pcs. of stainless steel wire mesh, 50x100mm;
• 50 staples with a diameter of 0.8 mm,
• 50 staples with a diameter of 0.6 mm
• USB cable, stand.

Application:

The specially designed construction is suitable for particularly precise work such as integrated circuits, wire connections and soldering in harsh conditions, as well as for cutting plastics, synthetic ropes, cutting, carving, woodworking, heat shrinking and lighter applications (without an open flame).

Can be used, amongst other things, for:

• plastic bumpers, grilles, covers,
• wind deflectors, covers, 
• broken fastening clips and all other types of plastic parts.

By welding components with staples of various shapes, plastic parts can be joined together. Staples of various shapes are placed in the electrodes and embedded in the component being repaired, thus creating a durable, high-strength bond. Long electrodes facilitate access to hard-to-reach areas.
