S-THOR20IX

SATRA power generators have been designed for the most demanding users and are ideal for emergency power supply. They offer high performance, whilst their robust construction ensures durability; rubber stabilisers and engine mounts dampen vibrations and minimise noise to a minimum.

Each of the S-THOR20IX / S-THOR35IG / S-THOR50IG features a reliable petrol engine compliant with the Euro 5 emissions standard and low noise levels, and each is equipped with overload protection, oil sensors, a choke, a multi-function socket and a manual start cord.

These generators can be used in offices, homes, allotments, cars, campsites, and across the agricultural, construction and industrial sectors, as well as anywhere else where stabilised power is required.

SATRA generators also feature automatic speed control (intelligent throttle), which adjusts the engine speed to the load.

It is also worth noting that both the alternator and the stator are made of copper, which ensures a longer service life and reduced heat generation.

Smart Throttle Technology (Speed Control)

Unlike traditional generators, which operate at a constant speed/revolutions per minute, our unit is equipped with a microprocessor controlled by Intelligent Throttle Technology, which adjusts the engine speed to precisely match the load. If the generator is not powering many devices, it runs at a lower speed. In this way, the generator reduces fuel consumption, extending the engine’s service life and increasing the intervals between refuelling. When the load increases, the generator automatically increases its speed and RPM to match the energy demand. The variable speed function used in the generator offers many advantages:

• it manages fuel efficiently and is economical to run,
