COMES G-CAR 4.0 WHEEL ALIGNMENT SYSTEM.
The COMES G-Car 4.0 is a computerised CCD device for checking the wheel and axle alignment of vehicles with a maximum authorised mass of up to 3.5 tonnes. The device is suitable for measuring passenger cars and vans.
The device is certified for use at Vehicle Inspection Stations.
The COMES G-Car 4.0 is a device that performs measurements relative to the vehicle’s geometric drive axis.
The G-Car 4.0 can be upgraded to the G-Car 8.0 version.
The device has 4 measuring heads: 2 active heads and 2 passive heads. The active heads use measurement technology based, amongst other things, on 4 CCD cameras. Communication between the heads and the computer, as well as the power supply to the heads, is wireless.
The COMES G-Car 4.0 is a device designed and manufactured in Poland.
The device enables the measurement of the following parameters:
- total toe
- individual wheel toe
- toe difference
- camber angle
- difference in wheel camber angle
- camber angle of the front axle
- caster angle of the front axle
- difference in steering angles of the front axle
- maximum steering angle of the front axle
- deviation of the geometric driving axis from the axis of symmetry / wheel track
- longitudinal offset of the front and rear wheels
- lateral offset of the wheels on the left and right sides
- axle misalignment / difference in vehicle wheelbase
