4-CYLINDRE OIL-LUBRICATED COMPRESSOR 350L 12BAR 1450L/MIN 7.5KW BJC. 
The compressor operates at an effective capacity of 1150 l/min, making it ideal for demanding users: tyre repair shops, paint shops, heavy machinery maintenance, etc.
The BJC V-1.05T compressor is a powerful cast-iron, four-cylinder, oil-lubricated compressor with two-stage compression, mounted on a 350-litre tank. Replaceable bearings are used in the connecting rods, which extends their service life. Two-stage compression works by first compressing the air in one cylinder, then sending it to a second cylinder which compresses it further, and only then does it enter the tank. This allows for higher air pressure to be achieved in the tank.
  • The motor has been manufactured using the latest technology, which has enabled the creation of a very powerful motor with relatively low energy consumption, thereby reducing power consumption.
  • The motor winding is made entirely of copper.
  • The motor delivers 7.5 kW / 10.0 HP.
  • 100 mm glycerine pressure gauge with a pressure measurement range of 0–16 bar.
  • The large, clearly visible pressure gauge improves visibility and allows for better control of operation.
  • The pressure gauge is filled with glycerine, ensuring accurate measurement despite shocks and vibrations. It features a plug for equalising the pressure inside the gauge with atmospheric pressure.
High-quality contactor. Contactors are mechanical switches whose main components are: working contacts, a coil and an electromagnet. When the voltage across the coil is sufficiently high, the contacts remain closed; when the voltage drops, the armature drops and the electromagnet opens the contacts. The entire unit is housed in a metal casing, with an additional key-operated on/off switch on the outside. This prevents damage to the motor by automatically cutting off the power supply to one of the phases.
FOR NEARLY 100% PROTECTION, WE NEED A THERMOSTAT GV2-ME are 3-phase motor circuit breakers designed to control and protect motors in accordance with IFC 947-2 and IFC 947-4-1 standards. The circuit breakers are designed to protect 3-phase motors with a power rating of up to 15 kW/400V across 15 current ranges from 1.0 to 32 A.
