• AC/DC PULSE WELDER

The IDEAL TECNO TIG 215 AC/DC is a welder designed for TIG and TIG PULSE welding of all weldable materials (all types of steel, aluminium, copper, titanium and others), with a maximum current of 200A. The so-called soft panel used in the device allows for precise and quick adjustment of the welder, making it suitable for both professionals and novice welders.

The IDEAL TECNO TIG 215 AC/DC is an inverter welder manufactured using new-generation IGBT transistors, giving it impressively compact dimensions and a weight of just approx. 9 kg. Its compact size and light weight ensure high mobility and the ability to work even in hard-to-reach places. Despite its size, the welder boasts high power and a maximum current of up to 200A!

• EASY TO USE AND FULL FUNCTIONALITY

The unit features a clear and intuitive ‘soft panel’, and parameter adjustments are made using a multifunction knob and a few buttons, making the welder’s setup very easy and intuitive. The machine offers the option of pulsed welding. Thanks to this function and full adjustment of pulse parameters, it is possible to focus the arc and alter the shape of the weld, as well as weld thin components. Arc ignition is contactless via the built-in HF ioniser or in LIFT contact mode

ADDITIONAL WELDER FUNCTIONS

• 2T/4T – welding modes. 2T allows welding as long as the button on the handle is pressed. 4T, used for long welds, starts welding when the button is pressed and released, and ends when the button on the handle is pressed again.
• HF IONISER – contactless arc ignition using high frequencies. This technological solution makes it possible to eliminate tungsten contamination of the weld.
• IGBT – the welder utilises modern transistors; this solution ensures minimal electromagnetic interference and low power losses in the main circuits, enabling increased efficiency and reliability of the power source.
• PULSE – Pulse welding not only enables a higher-quality weld, but also allows welding in various positions and the welding of very thin components. It reduces the arc’s linear energy, thereby minimising overheating or burning through of the welded materials.
• ARC FORCE – a function that ensures the best settings for a stable arc and minimal spatter. In other words, thanks to ARC FORCE, the electric arc required for welding burns steadily, without short circuits that hinder or prevent the joining of materials. During welding, large amounts of spatter – droplets of molten metal – are often produced and must be removed. When the ARC FORCE function is activated, the amount of spatter is significantly reduced, allowing for more comfortable working.
• ANTI-STICK – enables the welder to easily separate (lift) the electrode from the workpiece without the risk of eye injury. In the event of a short circuit (if it occurs), after a brief pause, the welding current is automatically reduced. Once the electrode is separated from the workpiece, the power source automatically resumes operation.
• OVERLOAD PROTECTION - built-in protection against overheating, extending the machine’s service life.

The welder comes equipped with a professional SR 26 TIG welding torch, 4m in length. We include starter consumables with every torch, ensuring it is fully equipped and ready for use. Furthermore, all spare parts for the torch are readily available and can be purchased at attractive prices. Advantages of the torch:
