The CASC506-PRO tyre changer is designed for mounting and demounting tyres from the rims of passenger cars, vans and motorcycles (optional equipment).

Additional reinforcements and a hexagonal guide pin ensure safe operation in conditions requiring increased strength. This tyre changer model features a pneumatically controlled and lockable tilting main arm, enabling quick and safe tyre changes.

The CASC506-PRO is our only tyre changer equipped with a special foot that minimises the risk of scratching or denting the rim.

Furthermore, this model features a table with four clamps, controlled by robust and reliable actuators. The machine is characterised by high-quality control mechanisms for both the electrical and pneumatic systems. The impactor cylinder used in the CAS506-PRO delivers a force of 2500 kg, and its contoured shape significantly facilitates tyre removal.

The bead breaker is controlled by a joystick, which significantly speeds up machine operation.
