A tool kit designed for locking and replacing the timing chain in VW, Audi, Skoda and Seat vehicles with 1.8 and 2.0 TSI/TFSI/FSI engines. This set is designed for professional use and ensures precision during timing chain replacement and adjustment, keeping the mechanism in the correct position.

Kit contents:

• Locking wrench – ensures the timing mechanism is securely held in place.
• Crank shaft stop washer – secures the crank shaft.
• Camshaft position pins – enable precise camshaft positioning.
• Locking clips for the chain tensioner – facilitate chain replacement without altering the tension.
• Clamps for positioning and locking the timing mechanism in the top dead centre position – help maintain the correct piston position.
• Socket for adjusting and removing the central camshaft valve – for fitting/removing the valve.
• 1.4 mm tensioner locking pin and oil pump tensioner locking pin – prevent the tensioners from shifting.
