Common rail tester for diesel high pressure pumps 2000bar

High-pressure analogue tester with connecting hoses for testing high-pressure pumps/systems during cranking or operation. Reading range: 0–2000 bar. The tester has a built-in pressure relief valve that limits the maximum pressure to approx. 1500 bar to prevent damage to the pump. The tester is equipped with two sets of flexible hoses for connecting to hard-to-reach areas and a glycerine pressure gauge.

Common Rail injection systems operating at pressures exceeding 1000 bar are currently the most commonly installed in modern diesel-powered vehicles.
When troubleshooting, other testers often rely solely on the digital signal from the vehicle’s pressure sensors. However, if the sensors are incorrectly calibrated or faulty, incorrect values may be displayed.
