Charakterystyka:

The GL-mini paint thickness gauge is an innovative solution. Thanks to production on a state-of-the-art production line, we have managed to create what is probably the smallest electronic paint thickness gauge with a display. The gauge features a spring-mounted measuring head, designed so that when the probe is pressed against the surface being tested, it ‘slides in’ by 2–3 mm. This makes the measurement more accurate due to the more even pressure applied to the surface. The head also tilts a few degrees to the sides, so there is no need to hold the gauge rigidly against the metal sheet. The four-digit, seven-segment LED display allows for measurement in all conditions. The digits glow red automatically. Power supply: 2x R3 (AAA) alkaline batteries (‘thin sticks’). Thanks to its modern design, this gauge is very economical. Just two so-called ‘thin stick’ alkaline batteries are sufficient to power it. The gauge’s power supply solution has been registered with the Polish Patent Office. The measurement is shown on a four-digit, seven-segment LED display. The digits light up automatically. The measurement resolution is 10 µm and the measurement range is from 0 µm to 1050 µm. The gauge has a zeroing (calibration) function – a zeroing plate is included. The meter switches off automatically after one minute of inactivity, which saves battery power if the meter is left switched on. Operating the meter is very intuitive. The device is manufactured entirely in Poland.
