A professional leak testing kit for turbocharged intake systems is an indispensable tool in any workshop specialising in the diagnosis of turbocharged engines. It enables the rapid detection of leaks in pressure hoses, the intercooler, the turbocharger and other turbocharging system components, without the need to remove individual parts. Powered by the compressed air system, the tester operates with the engine switched off, ensuring safe and convenient use.
- For checking turbocharger system components whilst fitted, suitable for most turbocharger hoses • Professional and cost-effective leak detection in turbocharger system components, such as pressure hoses, intercoolers, etc.
- Suitable for all turbocharging systems with threaded hoses, for exhaust gas turbochargers, turbochargers and compressor systems; also suitable for use with leak detection agents
- Filling connection with a 0-70 psi (0-5 bar) pressure gauge, suitable for the following hose sizes: 35 - 40 - 45 - 50 - 55 - 60 - 65 - 70 - 75 - 80 - 85 - 90 mm
- Note: When using this tool kit, hose clamps must be used to secure the adapter and ensure a tight seal during operation.
