OIL DISPENSER

The oil dispenser is used to apply oil, dye, sealant or conditioner to a refrigeration or vehicle air conditioning system. The dispenser allows the product to be introduced without the need to evacuate the refrigerant from the system. The product can be introduced via the low-pressure port whilst the system is in operation. Compatible with systems using all types of refrigerants.

AIR CONDITIONING SEALANT

Hyperion is the result of many months of research by American chemists tasked with creating a sealant for microscopic leaks in refrigeration systems. The product is highly concentrated, enabling it to detect and permanently seal leaks as small as 0.03 mm. Once the leak is sealed, the remaining product circulates within the system, preventing new leaks from forming.

Instructions for use:

Before using the sealant, carry out a test to verify the extent of the leak:

1. 1. Create a vacuum in the system for at least 5 minutes.
2. 2. Once the pressure reaches -1 bar, it must remain unchanged for at least 4 minutes; otherwise, the leak is too large.

Instructions for using Hyperion sealant in car air conditioning

1. Recover the refrigerant from the air conditioning system
2. Locate the low-pressure port
3. Connect the Hyperion product using the special adapter
4. Inject the product into the system
5. Leave the air conditioning running at the lowest settings for at least 20 minutes.

Instructions for using Hyperion sealant on a complete air conditioning system:

1. Connect the syringe to the applicator
2. Connect the Hyperion sealant to the low-pressure port using the adapter
3. Switch on the air conditioning in the car
4. Set the temperature to the minimum
5. After about a minute, inject the sealant into the system
6. Leave the air conditioning running for 20 minutes after use
