Professional set of VAG 1.4 and 1.5 TSIs EA211 EVO

Expanded timing set designed for professional service of modern petrol engines from the VAG group (Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda, Seat, Cupra). The specialist set of cams of timing phases dedicated to new generation units EA211 EVO (produced from 2017) capacity 1.5 TSIand thanks to additional modules also supports popular engines 1.4 TSI.

The apparatus has been fully adapted to operate high-tech drive units equipped with Active cylinder disconnection system (ACT / CoD). Allows flawless and safe bar replacement and regulation of the timing mechanism according to the factory specification.

Precision and functionality of measuring tools

The main asset of this timing shaft locking is presence inclinometer. Modern engines EA211 EVO require extremely accurate, angular positioning of the camshaft relative to the crankshaft. The attached instrumentation allows for simultaneous immobilization of the belt wheels and precise verification of the settings, which eliminates the risk of shifting the timing phases and errors of the on-board computer after installation.
