Warranty
I consent to the processing of my/company personal data for the correct handling of complaints and warranty claims.
The warranty covers hidden material and construction defects of the Goods.
The warranty applies to all orders placed through the Autona online store and telephone orders.
Warranty period:
- 24 months from delivery of the Goods for natural persons (consumers),
- 12 months from delivery of the Goods for companies and entrepreneurs.
The Autona Dystrybucja Sp. z o.o. Service Center undertakes to respond to complaints within no more than 14 business days from the delivery of the Goods to the Service address:
Autona Dystrybucja Sp. z o.o., ul. Witosa 74, 33‑300 Nowy Sącz.
For oversized devices over 30 kg, this period is counted from the date of inspection by the manufacturer's authorized service center.
Defects found during the warranty period will be repaired free of charge within no more than 30 business days from the date the complaint is accepted as valid. This period may be extended if spare parts need to be ordered or the Goods sent to a specialized service center.
Goods delivered to the service center must be complete.
The warranty is invalidated in particular when:
- the complaint form is missing or incorrectly completed,
- Goods were used contrary to their intended purpose,
- Goods were improperly installed or used,
- Goods were damaged mechanically, thermally, chemically or intentionally,
- Goods were modified or repaired by unauthorized persons,
- Goods were transported in a way that caused damage.
The warranty does not cover parts subject to natural wear.
Statutory Warranty (liability for defects)
The Seller guarantees delivery of Goods free from physical and legal defects.
A customer exercising rights under statutory warranty may request:
- replacement of defective Goods with defect-free ones,
- removal of the defect,
- withdrawal from the contract or price reduction, if the Seller fails to remove the defect or replace the Goods within a reasonable time.
The customer is required to deliver the defective Goods at their own expense to the Seller's address along with proof of purchase.
The Seller is liable under statutory warranty if the defect is found before the expiry of 2 years from delivery of the Goods. Claims expire after one year of discovering the defect, but no earlier than after 2 years.
Complaint procedure and related costs
Complaints should be submitted in writing or electronically to: [email protected] or to the registered address.
The Seller will respond to the complaint within 14 business days.
The customer will be informed of repair costs and the list of components to be replaced before the repair is carried out.
The customer has 14 days to approve or decline the repair. Lack of response is treated as declining – the Goods will be returned at the customer's expense.
In case of refusal of out-of-warranty repair, the following costs are charged:
- 45 PLN net – diagnosis and preparation for shipping,
- 25 PLN net – shipping.
In case of a claim rejected under warranty, the service may also charge return shipping or diagnostic costs.
