Terms and Conditions – AUTONA Online Store
1. General provisions
The website www.autona.pl operates on the terms defined in these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions define:
- the types and scope of electronic services provided by the Site,
- the rules for providing services,
- the conditions for concluding and terminating electronic service agreements,
- the complaint procedure.
Every User using the Electronic Services of the Site is required to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Matters not regulated herein are governed by:
- the Act on Providing Electronic Services of 18 July 2002,
- the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014,
- the Civil Code of 23 April 1964,
- other applicable Polish law.
2. Definitions
- CONTACT FORM – a form on the Site enabling direct contact with the Service Provider.
- TERMS AND CONDITIONS – these terms and conditions of the online store.
- SERVICE PROVIDER – Autona Dystrybucja Sp. z o.o., ul. Witosa 74, 33‑300 Nowy Sącz, KRS: 0000670602, NIP: 7343548310, REGON: 367137513, share capital 246 000.00 PLN, e-mail: [email protected], tel.: 18 414 53 24.
- USER – a natural person, legal entity or organisational unit using an Electronic Service.
- ELECTRONIC SERVICE – a service provided electronically by the Service Provider to the User.
- NEWSLETTER – a free e-mail subscription service from the Service Provider.
3. Types and scope of electronic services
The Service Provider enables the use of:
- the Contact Form,
- the Newsletter.
Services are provided in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
4. Conditions for providing and concluding agreements
- Services are provided free of charge.
- Agreement duration:
- Contact Form – fixed term, ends upon sending the message or ceasing use,
- Newsletter – indefinite term, until subscription is cancelled.
- Technical requirements:
- computer with Internet access,
- access to e-mail,
- web browser,
- cookies and Javascript enabled.
- The User is required to use the Services in accordance with the law and good practices, providing accurate data and not sharing unlawful content.
5. Payment and delivery methods
Payments:
- Cash on delivery – processed upon order placement,
- Prepayment (bank transfer or online payment system) – processed after payment is booked,
- Payment card: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro.

6. Termination of electronic service agreements
Continuous agreements (e.g. Newsletter) may be terminated:
- by the User – with immediate effect by e-mail: [email protected],
- by the Service Provider – in case of breach of the Terms and Conditions by the User, with 7-day notice.
Agreement by the parties may terminate the contract at any time. Refunds for cancelled subscriptions or card/transfer payments are made to the account associated with the payment method.
7. Right of withdrawal
A consumer may withdraw from a distance sales contract within 14 days from the day the Goods are taken into possession by the consumer or a third party (other than the carrier).
In case of withdrawal, all payments are refunded within 14 days using the same payment method, unless the Customer chooses otherwise.
8. Complaints, warranty and statutory warranty
- The contract covers new Goods, free from defects.
- The Customer has the right to make a complaint under statutory warranty (natural person) and under warranty.
- Statutory warranty does not apply to companies – liability towards entrepreneurs is based solely on warranty terms.
- Defective Goods must be delivered at the Customer's expense along with proof of purchase to the Seller's registered address.
- The Seller responds to complaints within 14 business days.
- The Customer is informed of repair costs and the list of parts to be replaced.
- The Customer has 14 days to decide – no response means declining, Goods returned at the Customer's expense.
- Out-of-warranty repair refusal costs: 45 PLN net (diagnosis and preparation), 25 PLN net (shipping).
- Goods not collected within 2 months of service acceptance are subject to disposal.
- Warranty: natural persons – 24 months, companies – 12 months.
9. Intellectual property
All content on www.autona.pl is the property of Autona Dystrybucja Sp. z o.o. and protected by copyright.
Use of content without the Service Provider's consent results in civil and criminal liability.
10. Final provisions
Contracts concluded through the Site are subject to Polish law.
In case of conflict between the Terms and Conditions and the law, applicable regulations prevail.
11. Reviews in the online store
- The Customer may voluntarily leave a review of a purchased product.
- After purchase, the Seller sends an e-mail with a link to the review form – a reminder is sent once after 7 days.
- Reviews may only relate to actually purchased products.
- For leaving a review the Customer receives a 3% discount code valid for 30 days.
- Reviews must not violate the law or the personal rights of third parties.
- Reviews submitted may be removed by the author at any time.
