Useful information
We process complaints within 14 business days from the date of receiving the report
24 months for consumers (receipt) and 12 months for businesses (VAT invoice)
You have the right to return goods within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason
Attach photos of the product and any damage — this will speed up the complaints process

Before sending us the complained goods, make sure it is clean and properly packaged. Dirty items may slow down the verification process and make it harder to process. Your care will speed up the entire procedure.
